We know that choosing a therapy practice and starting therapy can be an emotional and challenging process. We appreciate the barriers that you have had to overcome to consider calling and making an appointment. Engaging in therapy can be a wonderful, life changing experience. Therapy can change the way you look at the world and the way you look at yourself.

We pride ourselves at Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Wellness Center on creating an environment that is warm, welcoming, and comfortable. You will work with an experienced and highly skilled psychologist that will engage you in a collaborate, evidence-based treatment approach in a supportive and accepting atmosphere.

At the Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Wellness Center we work with people who are coping with many different struggles. We have providers that specialize in the treatment of:

· Anxiety / Panic

· Body-Image/ Eating-Issues

· Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

· Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

· Women’s Health Issues

· Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders / Infertility

· Substance Use

· Life transitions and Stressors (Divorce, Marital Issues, Occupational Stress, Coping with Illness, Familial Stress and more)

We offer a variety of treatment options that will best meet your needs and schedule. We are open six days a week and offer night time appointments. We also offer web and phone-based sessions for greater flexibility.
